Aaron Lavinsky is an editorial photographer specializing in photojournalism based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a staff photographer with the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Lavinsky was part of the Star Tribune's Pulitzer Prize-winning breaking news coverage of the aftermath of George Floyd's murder in Minneapolis. His work has been recognized by Pictures of the Year International, the National Press Photographers Association Best of Photojournalism Awards and the Dart Awards for Excellence in Covering Trauma.
